Here's the deal...get real people of all different shapes & sizes out there. Embrace your body! If 10 of my friends post a black & white selfie in their underclothes with the tags #ImNoAngel and  #ImNoModelEither. #IAmProudToBeMe, then I will too. I'm so tired of my body hating...I've actually been nervous that summer in FL will be so humid that my fave dolman tops (they cover my upper arms) will be too hot & I might end up having to feel humiliated wearing sleeveless tops...honest, I've been quite pre-occupied with that, even whilst saying angel prayers. I've found people I look up to spiritually are still quite judgmental about those of us that are plus-size...I know the same thing happens to people that are extremely thin too & the focus should be on health, not shape or size & frankly, if someone chooses to do something that is not viewed as healthy, that is their choice. I gave up judging others a while ago & will do my best to stop judging myself...no more self body bashing...a big challenge but will do my best!

Inspired by Anita Moorjani on 4/12/2017 Recharge Your Batteries Even though all of us are connected to Source at all times, you can drain your batteries or you can be more energized. Maybe we're actually serving a belief where we don't realize there's another belief in the background that's actually working against us.  If you find it hard to say no and end up doing things that you don't want to do and every time you find it hard to say no you think, just do it cuz it's easier than saying no and dealing with conflict, then you are being drained. In other words, if you are more of a conflict avoidant type person chances are you also have beliefs you don't realize are running in the background. This means you'd rather disappoint yourself than disappoint others. You find it easier to disappoint yourself than disappoint others. The River Otter Begins My Year!

TOO COOL: My 1st sign of 2017, a river otter greeting me when I looked out the window! After researching the meaning it's my totem of the year!
